1. The Platform is a political initiative of individuals who aim to turn it into an organization with political claims in the future, who have conceptual views, who know how to solve the problems of the country, and who want to achieve public participation and receive appropriate support from society in this process.

2. The founders of the Platform are the signatories of the Founding Declaration of this Platform.

3. The management style of the Platform is characterized by collegial decision-making. Prior to making decisions, decision-makers openly share and discuss their ideas and listen to their colleagues. Maximum efforts are exerted to reach a consensus. Ultimately, founders are responsible for making the final decisions.

4. The governing body of the Platform is called the FOUNDING BOARD (FB), elected by the founding members.

5. Powers of the FB:

• Adoption of the Regulations and making amendments to it;

• Participation in the political process, organizational issues, adoption of the conceptual vision and documents of the Platform and making amendments to them;

• Admission to membership of the Founding Board and expulsion from the membership;

• Determining the composition of the Founding Board;

• Election of the Speaker of the Platform for a certain period of time;

• Establishment of executive bodies and premature termination of their powers upon the presentation of the Speaker;

• Hearing and approval of the report of the heads of executive bodies;

• Admission to membership of the Platform upon the presentation of an executive body and exclusion from the membership;

• Reviewing and responding to applications received from executive bodies and members within one month;

• Formation of the Platform assets and determination of the principles of their use;

• Revoke of the Platform;

• Determining whether the activities of leading persons and members are in accordance with the Regulations, as well as exercising control over the financial activities of the Platform.

6. Meetings of the FB are considered authorized when more than half of the members are present. The periodicity of meetings is determined at the assembly of the FB. Extraordinary meetings may be convened at the request of at least one-third of the members or by the Speaker.

7. Decision-making mechanism of the FB:

• Strategic decisions regarding participation in the political process, organizational issues, conceptual vision and documents of the Platform are taken by a two-thirds majority of the members.

• A new member of the FB is accepted by a two-thirds majority of the members upon the presentation of one of the members.

• Membership in the Platform is accepted by a two-thirds majority of the participants of the meeting of the FB upon the presentation of an executive body.

• A two-thirds majority of members of the FB is required to make additions and amendments to the Regulations and to make a decision to revoke the Platform.

• Decisions on other issues are made by a simple majority vote of the members.

8. Speaker of the FB

The FB elects one person from among its members as the Speaker with a two-thirds majority of the members for a period of one year in order to represent the Platform and organize the execution of its decisions,

Speaker:

• convenes and directs the meetings of the FB, ensures that the minutes of the discussed issues are taken;

• organizes the execution of the decisions of the FB;

• represents and acts on behalf of the Platform;

• organizes the work of the Platform and carries out coordination between executive bodies, makes a presentation to the FB for establishing and changing the structure and composition of the Executive Board and Advisory Board;

• reports to the FB;

• performs other functions assigned to it by the FB and by this Regulations.

The FB can terminate the powers of the Speaker with a two-thirds vote of the members.

9. The FB creates the Executive Board and the Advisory Board (EBAB) under its control and forms its composition. EBAB itself consists of two parts in terms of functionality: Organizational Board and Conceptual Board.

The FB can form a supervision system among its members to effectively organize the activities of the Executive Board and the Advisory Board (EBAB).

10. Members and followers of the Platform

1. Any citizen of the country who has reached the age of 18 and accepts the goals, ideas, and principles of the Platform can become a member of the Platform. Admission of members to the Platform is carried out by the FB upon the presentation of the executive bodies. Membership application, which can be made in writing or online, is reviewed within one month.

Members of the Platform are equal among themselves and have the following rights and duties:

• Following the values and principles of the Platform;

• Participating in the activity of the Platform and the events organized by it;

• Receiving information about the activities of the governing bodies;

• Applying to the governing bodies for assistance in protecting their interests;

• Personally participating in the discussion of any issue related to their rights and duties, expressing objection, and complaining to the relevant bodies of the Platform.

• Complying with Regulations and ethical standards;

• Fulfilling the decisions of the governing bodies.

A member of the Platform cannot be a member of another political organization. A member can represent the Platform only if authorized to do so by the decision of the FB.

Membership is terminated in the following cases:

• When the member voluntarily withdraws from membership;

• When the member dies

• When there are circumstances prohibiting political affiliation by law;

• When the member is expelled from membership by the decision of the FB.

2. In addition to members, followers are also registered separately by the relevant executive body. Those who want to be followers fill out the appropriate questionnaire.

The FB is regularly informed by the executive bodies about the list of followers. The Platform establishes close contact with them and encourages their active participation in the work of the Platform.
