He was born on April 18, 1989, in Aghdam.

He received his secondary education in Barda district.

In 2012, he received a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Art History of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.

In 2019, he graduated from Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul with a master's degree in international relations and global politics.

In 2009-2012, he was the chairman of the Whole Azerbaijan Youth Organization.

In 2012-2013, he was a member of the Board and Deputy Chairman of the Umid Party.

He resigned from the party after the 2013 presidential elections.

In 2013, he founded the Democracy-1918 Movement and was the chairman until 2021.

In 2011, he graduated from the School of Political Sciences under the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

He participated as a candidate in the parliamentary elections in 2015 and 2020.

In 2019, he participated in the IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) of the US Department of State.

In 2020, despite having serious health problems, he was illegally conscripted into the military service.

He participated in the Second Karabakh War and was awarded the For the Liberation of Fuzuli Medal and the Participant of the Patriotic War Medal.

He is married and has one child.
