He was born on October 11, 1994, in the village of Hanifa, Balakan district. He received his secondary education at the Humanitarian and Technical Lyceum.

In 2011-2015, he studied political science at the Faculty of International Relations and Economics of Baku State University.

During his university years, he was the winner of the Republican-level competitions in the intellectual games "I am Azerbaijani", "Khamsa", and "Brain Ring".

He served in the military in 2015-2016 and participated in the April battles.

In 2016-2018, he received a master's degree in the history of philosophy at Baku State University and a doctoral degree in 2019-2023. He continues his academic and pedagogical activities in the fields of politics and the history of philosophy. He is the author of numerous articles and studies.

He has been engaged in social and political activities since 2011. He worked in the fields of election monitoring, political activism, and education.

He worked as a professional trainer and coordinator in the Alternative Education Platform and a number of public initiatives.

In 2020-2023, he was a member of the Board of Directors of N!DA Civic Movement.

He is married.
